Shipping Policy

 

At Dearyu Sows, we understand the importance of getting your products to you on time! While we aim to dispatch orders as efficiently as we can, sometimes delays can happen during the shipping process.

Once you have made an order (Thank you!), you will receive an Order confirmation email. This differs from the the notification email that is sent once a tracking number is generated and your package is ready for delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days from the time/date it is received. An exception is made during holiday and promotional periods as we may experience higher volume than usual, please allow 5-10 business days for dispatch.

Delivery timeframes: Delivery times are an indication only, Dearyu Sows will not be held accountable for delayed shipping although we do aim to get your Sown goods to you at the earliest.

Damage during transit: Dearyu Sows will not be held accountable for damaged products in transit, however, we do appreciate concise feedback for our Carrier (New Zealand Post) and we value your voice of concern. Order Processing times vs Shipping times: Please keep in mind, the order processing times differ from shipping times. Our order processing times are stated in our Shipping policy above and can be impacted due to stock levels and your product is needed to be sewn, seasonal changes or promotional periods. Shipping times can be seen in your customer profile, once the tracking information is sent out to you during the time of fulfilment.
