Dearyu Sows take pride in each product made, all products are made with the utmost care and are checked thoroughly before packed and shipped to you! We aim to provide high quality products while also treating each concern fairly and within reason. Please know each enquiry will be considered on a case by case basis, so please do reach out if you feel you have a concern. We are here to help!

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:

Dearyu Sows does not provide exchanges or accept returns at this stage including sales on gift cards. If you do feel there is an issue to raise about the product, please do reach out to us dearyusows.customerinquiries@gmail.com so that we can discuss the best way forward. 

DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT: 

We aim to provide high quality products! If there is an issue with your product, it is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at dearyusows.customerinquiries@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure your product is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the Order Number.
